The ideal candidate will have 20 years of experience in theagricultural sector, with a proven track record of successfully managinglarge -scale projects and operations. This role requires strong leadership,strategic planning, and operational management skills to ensure the efficientand effective operation of silo storage facilities nationwide.Key Responsibilities:Project Management:Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of silo storage projects across multiple sites in India.Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives and stakeholder expectations.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.Operations Management:Ensure efficient and effective operations of all silo storage facilities, focusing on quality, safety, and compliance with industry standards.Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize storage operations and reduce costs.Coordinate with site managers and teams to address operational challenges and enhance productivity.Team Leadership and Development:Lead, mentor, and develop a high -performing team of site managers and operational staff.Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations to ensure team accountability and excellence.Stakeholder Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, government agencies, and community partners.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment with project goals.Financial Management:Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets and cost control measures.Analyze financial reports and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial and operational performance to senior management.Compliance and Safety:Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to silo storage operations.Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.Strategic Planning and Growth:Develop and implement strategies to expand and enhance silo storage operations, aligning with the company's growth objectives.Identify and evaluate new opportunities for business expansion and market penetration.Qualifications:B Tech/ M Tech Civil from a reputed college . Project Management degree from institutes like NICMAR an added advantage20 years of experience in project management and operations within the agricultural sector, with a focus on silo storage or related facilities.Proven track record of successfully managing large -scale, multi -site projects across India.Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision -making skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.In -depth knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to silo storage.Ability to travel extensively and manage operations across multiple locations.Proficiency in project management software and tools.
