who can take ownership, manage a small team, and grow into a leadership role.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage a
    team of 5–10 members
    , acting as a
    bridge between partners and the execution team
    .
  • Handle assignments in
    Direct Taxation and FEMA
    , including compliance, advisory, and representation.
  • Prepare detailed opinions, client communications, and regulatory submissions.
  • Work on both
    onsite (client-facing)
    and
    offsite (in-office)
    engagements.

We're Looking For:

CA or CS with 1–3 years of experience
in taxation, FEMA, or related domains.

Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.

Ability to lead, learn fast, and deliver under pressure.
