About the Role

As a
CS Trainee
, you'll work closely with our team on diverse assignments, including:

• Company Law & ROC Compliances
  (Incorporation, Annual Filings, Drafting)
• FEMA & FDI/ODI Structuring
• Corporate Restructuring, M&A, and Due Diligence
• Board and Shareholder Meeting Documentation
• Liaison with Regulatory Authorities (MCA, RBI, etc.)
• Assisting in Drafting of Legal Agreements and Corporate Policies

Who Can Apply

• Completed or pursuing
  Executive / Professional Programme
  (ICSI)
• Strong understanding of
  Company Law and FEMA
  basics
• Excellent communication and drafting skills
• Proficient in
  MS Word, Excel, and Legal Research
• Eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a multidisciplinary environment
