CS Trainee

About the Role

Ashu Gupta & Co. is seeking a motivated CS Trainee to join our team. The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate law, compliance, and intellectual property matters under the guidance of experienced professionals. We are looking for a quick learner who can join immediately and is eager to build a strong foundation in corporate governance and legal consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal opinions, applications, petitions, and other legal documents as required.
• Assist in preparation and filing of statutory documents, ROC forms, and annual returns.
• Support members in handling SEBI regulations, corporate governance, and compliance matters.
• Draft and maintain minutes, resolutions, and secretarial records.
• Conduct basic research on company law, insolvency & compliance Assist in trademark law
• Coordinate with clients and regulatory authorities for routine correspondence.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed CS (Executive or Professional level) from ICSI.
• Basic understanding of Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and corporate compliance.
• Ability to join immediately will be preferred.
