We are seeking a
Visual Designer
who excels in
image manipulation, retouching, and e-commerce visual design
to produce stunning, conversion-focused product imagery and marketing creatives.

Role Overview:

As a
Visual Designer
, you'll be responsible for creating
high-quality product visuals, retouched images, and digital assets
for e-commerce platforms like
Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and international marketplaces
.

Your work will bring products to life — ensuring every image looks clean, consistent, and visually engaging while aligning with brand and platform guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:


Image Manipulation & Retouching

  • Edit, clean, and enhance product images to meet e-commerce quality standards.
  • Perform detailed
    color correction, background cleanup, reflection and shadow creation, and object removal.
  • Create realistic product mockups, compositions, and lifestyle imagery.
  • Maintain image consistency across product categories and brands.


Creative & Visual Design

  • Design product listing images, infographics, A+ content, and brand banners.
  • Translate brand identity into visually cohesive e-commerce imagery.
  • Prepare images optimized for different platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart, Walmart, etc.).
  • Collaborate with photographers, marketing teams, and content specialists to deliver high-impact visuals.


E-commerce Ad & Marketing Support

  • Support ad and campaign creatives (Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, and product promotions).
  • Ensure visuals meet all technical and creative requirements for online display.


Quality Control & Asset Management

  • Maintain organized folders and image libraries.
  • Ensure timely delivery of large volumes of product images with attention to detail.

Requirements:


Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in
    Adobe Photoshop
    (image retouching, compositing, and manipulation).
  • Good knowledge of
    Adobe Illustrator
    or similar vector design tools.
  • Understanding of
    lighting, color balance, perspective, and photo composition.


Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience
    in product image editing, visual design, or e-commerce creatives.
  • Prior work experience with
    Amazon, Flipkart, or D2C brand design teams
    is preferred.


Creative Skills

  • Keen eye for detail, product aesthetics, and color accuracy.
  • Ability to create realistic, market-ready visuals from raw product photos.
  • Strong sense of visual storytelling for e-commerce.
