Job Description:

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced
Senior Visualizer
to join our mainline advertising team. The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual and design skills, a deep understanding of visual communication, and the ability to translate creative briefs into impactful advertising ideas across print, outdoor, marketing collaterals and branding campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of visualizers, guiding them in producing high-quality creative work.
  • Conceptualize, ideate and design advertising layouts, print campaigns, outdoor creatives, brochures, and other mainline communication materials.
  • Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, and account teams to deliver effective and original concepts.
  • Ensure design consistency, brand alignment, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
  • Manage projects from concept to execution within tight deadlines.
  • Present and communicate creative ideas confidently to internal teams and clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or Visual Communication.
  • Minimum
    5-6 years of experience
    in a mainline advertising agency or similar creative environment, with Real Estate experience preferred.
  • Proficient in
    Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
    .
  • Strong foundation in
    art direction, typography, layout design, color theory, and branding
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    print production processes
    and artwork finalization.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Ability to take a project from brief to final execution independently.
  • A
    strong portfolio (PDF format)
    showcasing mainline advertising work is mandatory.
