Studio Paperheads is looking for a 
Visual Communication Designer
 to join our growing team of curious minds and sharp creatives.

This role is focused on creating impactful 
digital content and campaigns
, where you'll transform strategic ideas into engaging visual stories across platforms. You'll work on everything from motion graphics and illustrations to content ideation and design execution for ongoing brand communication.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute visual communication across 
    digital campaigns, social media, and other brand touchpoints.
  • Take complete ownership of one or more brands, including 
    content planning, creative direction, and execution.
  • Create 
    motion graphics, animations, and illustrations
     that bring ideas to life across digital platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with senior designers and strategists to maintain creative consistency across touchpoints.
  • Contribute fresh ideas and creative approaches during brainstorming and reviews.
  • Stay curious about new trends, tools, and techniques — especially within motion, digital storytelling, and AI-assisted design.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience
     working at a reputed design studio or creative agency.
  • Bachelor's degree
     in a design-related field is mandatory. Applicants with diplomas or certifications will not be considered.
  • Strong skills in 
    motion graphics, animation, and illustration
    .
  • Proficiency in 
    Adobe Creative Suite
     (Illustrator, AfterEffects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop)
  • A strong grasp of 
    content creation and storytelling
     for digital and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with 
    AI tools
     (such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Runway) to enhance creative exploration.
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to independently manage brand content and timelines.
