JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a creative and digitally savvy Visual Communications & Social Media Executive to bring our brand's voice to life across offline & online platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong visual sensibility, a flair for storytelling, and an understanding of social media trends and engagement strategies. You will be responsible for planning and executing content calendars, leading visual campaigns, managing real-time shoots, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. This role calls for someone creative —who is able to create compelling visuals that leave an impact.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Content Calendar & Platform Management


• Plan, manage, and execute content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn & YouTube.


• Maintain a healthy mix of product highlights, storytelling, founder moments, educational & community-driven posts.


• Align monthly themes with broader brand campaigns, store activations, and PR efforts.

  1. Content Creation & Shoot Execution


• Moodboard and execute visual concepts for campaigns, in-house shoots, and in-store storytelling.


• Capture dynamic behind-the-scenes footage, founder interviews, and UGC-style videos to bring the brand story alive.


• Coordinate with photographers, stylists, models, influencers, and the internal team for seamless shoot execution.

  1. Copywriting & Scheduling


• Write compelling captions, ad copies, and video scripts that align with the brand tone.


• Schedule and publish posts, stories, and video content using platform tools or social media management apps.

  1. Community Management & Customer Engagement


• Respond to DMs, comments, tags, and product inquiries across platforms in a timely, brand-aligned tone.


• Maintain ongoing interactions with loyal customers, influencers, stylists, and followers to build digital relationships.

  1. Visual Strategy & Brand Identity


• Own the brand's visual voice across digital platforms—ensuring consistency in style, layout, tone, and storytelling.


• Support design and communication alignment for offline brand touchpoints like packaging, invites, and event branding.

  1. Analytics & Reporting


• Compile and present social media performance reports—monthly, quarterly, and yearly.


• Track engagement rates, content reach, follower growth, ad performance & audience behavior.


• Use insights to propose visual and content shifts to drive stronger digital impact.

  1. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment


• Coordinate with the PR, Marketing, and Content Creation teams to align on campaign goals and messaging.


• Collaborate with designers and editors for high-quality visual outputs and timely deliveries.

  1. Trend Spotting & Platform Innovation


• Stay up to date with social media trends, format innovations, and emerging tools (like new Reels styles or Instagram features).


• Recommend fresh content ideas, reel concepts, viral sounds, or platform updates to keep the brand culturally relevant.

Qualifications & Prerequisites


• 2-4 years of work experience / educational background in Fashion or related field


• Excellent attention to detail.


• Strong time management skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite like Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.


• Prior experience in: Social Media, Creative Direction, or Content Creation in the Fashion Industry.
