About the Role

We are seeking a 3D Visualizer with strong visualization and rendering skills to support the design team in developing high-quality 3D outputs for luxury hospitality and retail projects. The role involves creating photorealistic 3D renders, walkthroughs, and visual presentations for Salons, Spas, Nail Spas, Cafés, Bars, Lounges, Diners, and Tea Houses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality 3D visualizations, renders, and walkthroughs for luxury interior projects.

  • Develop concept visuals, mood imagery, and presentation-ready renders aligned with design intent.

  • Work closely with senior designers to convert sketches, layouts, and concepts into accurate 3D models.

  • Ensure all renders reflect FashionTV's luxury aesthetics and brand guidelines.

  • Prepare material, lighting, and texture settings to achieve realistic outputs.

  • Assist in design presentations, ensuring strong visual storytelling.

  • Stay updated with global trends in luxury hospitality and lifestyle design.

  • Coordinate with the design team to meet project deadlines and quality benchmarks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or 3D Visualization.

  • Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer, preferably in hospitality or luxury retail design.

  • Software proficiency: 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop (or similar).

  • Strong understanding of lighting, materials, textures, and rendering techniques.

  • Excellent visualization skills and an eye for luxury aesthetics.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment.
