Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced 3D Visualizer with a strong architectural background to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of working on exterior visualizations of high-rise commercial buildings and delivering photorealistic renders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality 3D models, visualizations, and renders focusing on exterior views of high-rise commercial projects.
  • Develop detailed textures, lighting setups, and materials to enhance visualization outputs.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, design leads, and stakeholders to interpret project briefs and translate concepts into compelling visuals.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.
  • Provide creative input and feedback during the design development stage.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, software, and technologies in architectural visualization.
  • Understand architectural drawings, plans, and construction details for accurate representation in 3D.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in 3D architectural visualization.
  • Proficient in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong portfolio with a focus on exterior high-rise commercial buildings.
  • Knowledge of architectural design principles and construction workflows.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • Must be based in Mumbai and willing to work from the office/studio.
