**Job Title:** Real Estate Admin Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive **Admin Manager** to oversee administrative operations across our real estate projects and office. The role involves vendor management, housekeeping, event organization, site administration, purchasing, and supporting marketing-related branding activities. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, negotiation abilities, and a keen eye for detail to ensure smooth operations and a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Vendor & Facility Management
- Identify, onboard, and manage vendors for housekeeping, security, catering, maintenance, and other services.
- Negotiate contracts, monitor vendor performance, and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
- Handle service agreements, renewals, and timely payments.
2. Housekeeping & Office Management
- Oversee housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of office premises and project sites.
- Maintain office supplies, pantry stock, and facility infrastructure.
- Ensure timely repair and maintenance of office equipment and utilities.
3. Site Administration
- Manage day-to-day site administration activities to support sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Coordinate with project staff for site readiness, cleanliness, safety, and visitor management.
- Maintain records of attendance, visitor logs, and site-related documentation.
4. Events & Client Engagement
- Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, site launches, customer meets, and channel partner gatherings.
- Coordinate logistics, vendor support, branding, and communication for events.
- Ensure smooth execution of promotional and engagement activities.
5. Purchasing & Procurement
- Handle procurement of office essentials, branding materials, and site-related requirements.
- Maintain vendor database and ensure cost-effective purchasing within budget.
- Prepare purchase orders, maintain stock, and ensure timely delivery.
6. Marketing & Branding Support
- Coordinate with the marketing team for branding activities at sites (hoardings, standees, brochures, etc.).
- Ensure proper placement and upkeep of branding collateral across projects and events.
- Support digital and offline campaigns with administrative and vendor coordination.
