You are a dynamic problem solver, driven by a passion for data and the compelling narratives it reveals. Constantly challenging the status quo, you possess a keen ability to understand and navigate its

1) of Data-analysis languages like R/Python in core Statistical Concepts is

2) S the development, execution and optimization of growth campaigns across various channels to enhance user acquisition, engagement and retention.

3) Familiar with CRM platforms like Clevertap/ with Digital marketing channels and

4) and implement sophisticated customer segmentation strategies to personalize marketing efforts, enhance targeting accuracy, and drive impactful

5) to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Business, Finance, Product, Tech to ensure alignment and drive growth initiatives.

Qualifications

1) Years of experience working as Growth Analyst/Business Analyst in an e-commerce or similar domain (Mandatory).

2) Graduates/Post Grads from Tier 1/2 colleges with Engineering, Management/ Finance background are

Skills that will help you succeed in this role:

1) working knowledge in SQL, Excel and visualization tools like Looker,

2) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business problems and translate them into technical requirements.

3) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

4) Experience in market research and analysis is a plus
