Role OverviewYou are a dynamic problem solver, driven by a passion for data and the compelling narratives it reveals. Constantly challenging the status quo, you possess a keen ability to understand and navigate its complexities.
Key Responsibilities- Proficient in data-analysis languages like R/Python and core statistical concepts.
- Support the development, execution, and optimization of growth campaigns across various channels to enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Familiar with CRM platforms like Clevertap and digital marketing channels.
- Design and implement sophisticated customer segmentation strategies to personalize marketing efforts, enhance targeting accuracy, and drive impactful results.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Business, Finance, Product, and Tech to ensure alignment and drive growth initiatives.
- 2 years of experience working as a Growth Analyst/Business Analyst in an e-commerce or similar domain (Mandatory).
- Graduates/Post Graduates from Tier 1/2 colleges with Engineering, Management, or Finance background.
- Working knowledge in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools like Looker.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business problems and translate them into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in market research and analysis is a plus.
