About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Salon Manager cum Makeup Artist who can manage salon operations efficiently while delivering exceptional makeup services. This role requires leadership, technical skills, and a passion for beauty and client service.

Key ResponsibilitiesSalon Management

  • Oversee day-to-day salon operations to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and adherence to salon SOPs.
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and coordinate product ordering.
  • Ensure excellent client service and overall salon experience.

Makeup Services

  • Provide high-quality makeup services for bridal, party, and special occasions.
  • Stay updated with current makeup trends, products, and techniques.
  • Conduct makeup trials and maintain hygiene of tools and workstations.

Team Leadership

  • Supervise and manage salon staff including stylists and beauticians.
  • Conduct daily team briefings and allocate work schedules.
  • Support training and skill development of team members.
  • Maintain discipline, attendance, and staff performance standards.

Customer Service

  • Greet clients professionally and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Address and resolve client queries and complaints.
  • Build long-term client relationships and retain repeat customers.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Promote salon services, packages, and retail products.
  • Achieve monthly sales and service targets.
  • Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and daily reporting.

Marketing Support

  • Assist in creating social media content (before-after looks, makeup shots, etc.).
  • Support local events, offers, and promotional activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in salon operations and professional makeup artistry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Knowledge of current beauty trends, makeup products, and salon services.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional certification in Makeup/Beauty (preferred).
