Manager (Preowned / Used Car)

Porsche Centre Hyderabad (Retailer)

Porsche Centre Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Manager (Preowned / Used Car) to lead and oversee the pre-owned business management and operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our pre-owned car segment, achieving volume and profitability targets, and positioning Porsche Centre Hyderabad as the preferred dealer for pre-owned Porsches in Hyderabad.

* Position Porsche Centre Hyderabad as the authorised and preferred dealer for pre-owned Porsche in Hyderabad and promote the awareness and benefits of Porsche Approved Programme amongst consumers

* Develop and implement business strategies, initiatives, and operational plans for the pre-owned car segment to drive growth and achieve volume and profitability targets

* Develop pre-owned car pricing strategy including setting of residual value, trade-in and selling pricing for pre-owned Porsches

* Define, implement, and regularly update SOPs covering all aspects of the pre-owned operations (sourcing, appraisal, purchase, reconditioning, pricing, sales, trade-in process, documentation, and compliance)

* Oversee the management of pre-owned car inventory, including strategy development, sourcing, researching, evaluation, purchasing, and pricing vehicles to ensure an efficient pre-owned car stock turnover

* Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to maximise revenue and market share in collaboration with the Marketing team

* Oversee and align with aftersales workshop on Porsche refurbishment process to ensure all pre-owned Porsches meet the stringent requirements for Porsche Approved Warranty

* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and coaching as well as foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork, customer excitement and professional growth

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business

* Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, standards and company policies. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and tactics

Requirements

* 4-5 years of working experience in the Automotive industry

* Experience in leading a pre-owned car operations team in the automotive industry, preferably with high-end brands

* Proven track record of success in pre-owned car sales

* A team player with excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse sales data and make informed decisions

* Positive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to proactively address challenges and focus on delivering effective resolutions

* In-depth knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements

* A valid Indian driving license and clean driving record.
