Position Summary

We are looking for
four
proactive and detail-oriented
Account Executives
with a minimum of
6 months of accounting experience
in
any industry
, and proven proficiency in
both Tally and Busy
accounting software. Your role will encompass daily accounting tasks, reconciliations, reporting, and ensuring seamless financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting operations using
    Tally
    and
    Busy
    —including journal entries, invoice processing, and general ledger tasks.
  • Reconcile accounts and verify balance sheet accuracy.
  • Process accounts payable (AP) and receivable (AR) transactions promptly.
  • Support internal and external audits, and contribute to the preparation of financial statements.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial workflows and communication.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience
    : At least
    6 months
    in any industry with hands-on knowledge of
    both Tally and Busy
    .
  • Education
    : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field—not mandatory but preferred.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, reconciliation procedures, and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data entry, basic formulas).
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills—able to clearly convey financial information to stakeholders.
