We are hiring for Account Executive role for Innovatiview India Ltd for Noida sector 127 location.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting principles, experience in vendor account handling, and good knowledge of statutory compliance like TDS and GST.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage vendor accounts and ensure timely processing of invoices.
  • Perform ledger reconciliation and support month-end closing activities.
  • Ensure proper application of TDS rates and thresholds as per the nature of services.
  • Process vendor invoices with appropriate GST treatment.
  • Work with Tally software for day-to-day accounting entries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for coordination and follow-up on financial matters.
  • Support the team during audits and financial reviews.
  • Stretch working hours during peak periods as required.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Should be graduate.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in Tally software.
  • Sound knowledge of TDS, GST, and vendor invoice processing.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Should be a team player, capable of working under pressure and adhering to tight deadlines.
