Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Credit Manager located in Bengaluru South. The Area Credit Manager will be responsible for assessing credit applications, analyzing financial statements, conducting due diligence, and evaluating creditworthiness. The role includes managing credit risk, decision-making on loan approvals, and ensuring adherence to the company's credit policies. The position also requires effective communication with stakeholders and collaboration with teams to support business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and financial skills, including financial statement analysis and credit risk assessment
  • Experience in loan underwriting, credit evaluation, and decision-making
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of credit policies, risk guidelines, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for credit assessment and reporting
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in NBFC, banking, or financial services is preferred
