**About us**:
Namaste Credit is a fintech organization which makes the entire business loan process better and transparent with the help of technology. We provide an API-enabled loan automation and management solution for banks and lenders.
**Position: Junior Credit Underwriter**
**Skills**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements and assess credit risk.
3. Good communication skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
5. Proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel.
6. Prior experience in credit analysis or underwriting is a plus but not required.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Assess creditworthiness of loan applicants by analyzing financial data, credit reports, and other relevant information.
3. Review and verify applicant information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
4. Collaborate with other departments such as sales, operations, and risk management to streamline the underwriting process.
6. Prepare reports and documentation related to underwriting activities.
Assist in managing loan portfolios and monitoring borrower performance.
**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹230,000.00 per year
