Job Description:

We are looking for Tamil Voice Process Executives to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing customer support, and clearly communicating information in Tamil.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls in Tamil language (inbound/outbound).
  • Provide accurate information and assistance.
  • Maintain a polite and professional tone with customers.
  • Update call records and reports on daily basis.
  • Work towards achieving daily/weekly goals.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in Tamil (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Basic English/Regional language knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum qualification: Graduates (12th pass welcome).
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Chennai based candidates are preferred for this role.

Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹18,000 (based on performance and experience)
