About the Role

We're seeking a versatile Marketing Expert to lead brand building, market positioning, and customer acquisition. You'll bridge our research excellence with market awareness, crafting compelling narratives and driving measurable business outcomes. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you'll shape our marketing strategy from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop clear brand positioning and value propositions for our equity research and advisory offerings.
• Create engaging content (blogs, research summaries, white papers) that simplifies complex financial topics.
• Execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Ads, email, podcasts) to generate leads and build awareness.
• Build and optimize landing pages, lead magnets, and nurture sequences to convert prospects.
• Manage social media presence and foster investor communities.
• Implement marketing automation and analytics to track performance and optimize campaigns.
• Enable sales with pitch decks, competitive comparisons, and partnership marketing initiatives.
• Monitor brand reputation and drive internal communication as a brand ambassador.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 1–3 years of marketing experience (or demonstrable expertise).
• Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads), building landing pages, and optimizing conversion funnels.
• Strong content marketing skills: ability to research financial topics and translate them into engaging narratives is an Addon.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn, YouTube, email marketing, Google Search, and emerging social platforms.
• SEO expertise or experience growing organic traffic for financial content

Desired Qualities:

• Strategic thinker with a startup mindset.
• Curiosity about financial markets.
• Strong storytelling ability.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with investment platforms, Investment-advisory, or stock advisory apps.
• Video production or podcast experience.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Active Campaign).
• Background in financial analysis or investment research.
• Prior experience in a bootstrapped/early-stage company.

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

• Deliver a clear positioning document for our offerings.
• Launch 2–3 foundational content pieces (blog, video, investor guide).
• Establish baseline metrics for traffic, leads, and social reach.
• Launch a paid digital campaign with clear KPIs.
• Develop a 12-month marketing roadmap.
• Build relationships with the research team to understand key differentiators.
