About the Role

We are seeking a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to manage and enhance the school's online presence. The candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing digital marketing strategies to promote the school's brand, events, admissions, and community engagement across all social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with the school's goals.
  • Create engaging content (posts, reels, videos, graphics) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Plan and maintain the monthly social media content calendar.
  • Manage online campaigns for admissions, events, and promotional activities.
  • Handle paid advertisements through Meta Business Suite / Google Ads when required.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and maintain a positive school image online.
  • Coordinate with the school's academic & admin teams for updates, achievements, and event coverage.
  • Capture photographs/videos during school events and convert them into marketing content.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads) and prepare monthly reports.
  • Ensure brand consistency in all digital communications.
  • Stay updated on trends in education marketing and social media best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing (experience in school/education sector preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Creativity in content writing, captioning, and storytelling.
  • Basic graphic designing skills (Canva/Photoshop/CorelDraw).
  • Video editing skills
  • Ability to handle photography/videography.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
