We are looking for a dynamic and analytically strong Finance Associate Manager with a passion for leveraging data, automation, and visualization to drive financial accuracy and insights. This role is ideal for candidates from high volume B2C environments who have worked on financial reconciliations, dashboards, and month end closures, and are eager to own processes end-to-end in a fast-moving organization.

The Job

  • Manage and automate daily finance operations including reconciliations, ledger validation, and transaction-level data accuracy across large customer and payment volumes.
  • Lead and support month-end closures, financial statement consolidation, and reporting processes with strong attention to timelines and completeness.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and visualization tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) for reconciliation, revenue tracking, and financial analysis.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, data, and operations teams to improve data hygiene, automation, and reporting efficiency.
  • Contribute to process optimization and analytics initiatives that enhance transparency, control, and scalability of financial systems.
  • Support year-end audits and ensure compliance with internal and statutory standards.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of finance experience in a B2C company with large transaction volumes (e.g., e-commerce, payments, or consumer tech).
  • Hands on experience with financial reconciliations, dashboards, and visualization tools (Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau, advanced Excel/Sheets).
  • Strong understanding of month end closures, accounting principles, and financial statement preparation.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a strong bias for problem-solving and ownership.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, data-rich, fast-paced startup environments.
