Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Specialist role with evcoms. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored communication and cloud solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales cycles, providing exceptional customer service, and conducting training sessions on our products. The role involves a hybrid work model, based in Lucknow with the flexibility for some work from home.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales experience and the ability to understand client needs
  • Experience in Sales Management and the ability to manage sales cycles
  • Training skills to effectively educate clients on our solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Experience in the technology or communications industry is advantageous
