We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual with strong knowledge of procure-to-pay processes and ERP systems like Ariba and Oracle. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, the ability to go above and beyond to deliver results, and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and execute end-to-end procure-to-pay processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

· Guide and support new team members and help them learn the process.

· Take ownership of end-to-end process quality, making sure work is accurate, compliant and delivered on time.

· Work with ERP systems (Ariba, Oracle) to process requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice management.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve procurement-related issues and ensure seamless processes.

· Utilize Excel & Power BI for data analysis, reporting, and budget tracking.

· Drive process improvements and proactively identify opportunities to enhance efficiency.

· Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in procure-to-pay processes and ERP systems (Ariba and Oracle preferred).

· Strong proficiency in Excel, including data analysis and reporting.

· A positive attitude, able to handle pressure, and a commitment to teamwork to achieve shared goals.

· Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a keen interest in going the extra mile to deliver high-quality results.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

· Flexibility to work with different countries (time-zones), groups, and business environment

Preferred Experience:

· years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related fields.

· Familiarity with procurement best practices and policies.

· Ability to work calmly under pressure and handle multiple priorities.

· Comfortable leading small projects or improvements and driving them to completion.

· Strong focus on accuracy, controls and compliance.
