Geo to be supported: Global

Shift: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM IST

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Administrator to oversee procurement activities for Solution Reviews. The role, designated as Senior Analyst, requires proficiency in procurement management and strong skills with the Coupa procurement system.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage procurement processes efficiently. If you are experienced in procurement and adept at using the Coupa or another procurement system, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities :



•Expertise in procurement management, including requisition support and PO management.

•Manage the enablement of sourcing and procurement applications such as Ariba, Coupa, and Ivalua

•Ability to handle health tracking/reporting and resolve invoice/credit note 3-way match failures.

•Serve as a centralized point of contact for procurement-related queries and issues.

•Review the work product of associates and provide direction and training as necessary

•Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

Essential skills

Technical and functional :



•Exhibit a high level of proficiency in building vlookup, pivot tables, and formulas in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, manipulation, and reporting purposes

•Highly proficient communicator, both verbally and in written form, conveying ideas and information effectively.

•Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and organizational abilities.

•Basic understanding of financial principles, financial software and systems and processes.

Tools and technologies



•Knowledge of Business Management (BM) tools like Apptio, ServiceNow, or other BM-specific platforms is good to have.

•Familiarity with organizational software like Coupa, Oracle or similar ERP systems.

•Must have working experience of data visualization tool like Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar tool.

•Professional, confident, and enthusiastic team player with a flexible can-do attitude.

•Capable of handling confidential information with utmost discretion and trustworthiness.

•Exhibits meticulous attention to detail, consistently delivering work of the highest quality.

•Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication skills, effectively conveying ideas and information.

•Utilizes effective personalized communication techniques to navigate and resolve challenging client situations.

Qualifications

Education



•Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 College.

Professional qualifications



•At least 4-5 years of experience in data management, financial analysis, or a related role experience in a leading UK/US MNC.
