Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Vepery, Tamil Nadu

Reporting to: HR Manager / Head of HR

Job Summary

The HR Executive will manage the end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR policy implementation, aligning HR practices with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Staffing: Source candidates, schedule and conduct interviews, manage onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • HR Policy & Compliance: Develop, implement, and update HR policies; ensure compliance with relevant labour laws.
  • Employee Relations: Address grievances, support conflict resolution, and foster positive workplace culture.
  • Performance Management: Assist with performance evaluations, goal-setting, and improvement initiatives.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Maintain records, manage benefits and payroll coordination.
  • HR Administration: Maintain employee records, HR databases, and generate HR-related reports.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and help coordinate learning programs.

Qualifications & Skills

Note :- Need candidate from Manufacturing sector

  • Educational Background: Master degree in Business administration
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in HR roles, with exposure to recruitment, or HR operations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using HRIS, ATS, and MS Office tools.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal abilities, problem-solving, confidentiality, and multitasking aptitude.
