Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and interviews.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation.
  • Process payroll inputs and coordinate with accounts for timely disbursement.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, and gratuity.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and maintain HR MIS reports.
  • Assist in organizing training, employee engagement, and team-building activities.
  • Handle grievance redressal and disciplinary procedures in coordination with management.
  • Support the HR team in policy communication and HR audits.
  • Conduct exit formalities including clearance, feedback, and documentation.

Skills:

  • Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  • Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR generalist role or similar capacity.
