We're looking for a Graphic Designer + Video Editor who can bring fresh energy and creative storytelling into our visual content.

You'll work closely with our digital marketing and creative team to design eye-catching graphics, edit fun, emotional, and trend-based videos, and craft digital campaigns that stand out on social media and beyond.

You should know how to turn an idea into a scroll-stopping design — whether it's a carousel, Instagram reel, animated story, or campaign banner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design visually stunning creatives for social media, website, ads, banners, and brochures.
  • Edit videos, reels, and highlight clips for campaigns, events, and stories.
  • Follow and adapt to current design and video trends across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute brand campaigns.
  • Develop creative layouts for emailers, posters, presentations, and school-related materials.
  • Ensure all designs are brand-consistent, high-quality, and ready for digital or print use.
  • Brainstorm new visual ideas for improving engagement and brand storytelling.
  • Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

What We're Looking For

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Canva.
  • Basic knowledge of color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to edit short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, Stories).
  • Awareness of social media trends, memes, and viral formats.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a love for aesthetic design.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to take creative feedback.
  • (Bonus) Experience with motion graphics, 3D design, or animation tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
  • 1–3 years of proven design or editing experience (or a portfolio that shows your magic).
