Graphic Designer

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer for our Study Abroad Agency, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs for both digital and print materials to promote our services and engage potential students. Your role will support the marketing efforts to establish our brand identity and communicate our services effectively to students looking to study abroad.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Branding**: Ensure all designs are aligned with the company’s branding guidelines and visual identity, maintaining consistency across all marketing materials.
- **Visual Storytelling**: Use design to communicate complex information in an easily digestible and engaging manner for prospective students and their families.
- **Marketing Campaign Support**: Collaborate with the marketing team to design assets for various promotional campaigns, events, webinars, and international fairs.
- **Photo & Video Editing**: Edit and enhance photos and videos to be used across platforms, ensuring high-quality visuals for promotional purposes.
- **Creative Input**: Contribute creative ideas and solutions during brainstorming sessions and team meetings to enhance marketing efforts.
- **Design Revisions**: Take feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members, including marketing, content, and sales, to ensure designs align with marketing objectives and strategies.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Proven Experience**: At least 2-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the education, travel, or marketing industry.
- **Design Software Proficiency**: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, and other design tools. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- **Creativity**: Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for detail and an ability to develop innovative visual concepts.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent ability to communicate design ideas clearly, both within the design team and to other departments.
- **Time Management**: Ability to work on multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines and maintaining high design quality.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous in design execution, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all projects.
- **Social Media Knowledge**: Familiarity with design best practices for various social media platforms, understanding the nuances of what works for each platform.
- **Understanding of Branding**: Strong understanding of how to create and maintain a cohesive brand identity across different channels and materials.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience with web design or UX/UI design (basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus).
- Experience in video editing or motion graphics (e.g., Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro).
- Knowledge of international education, study abroad programs, or the travel industry is a bonus.
