About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of professional experience in designing digital and print media, with a strong eye for aesthetics, color, typography, and layout. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to create visually engaging designs that reflect our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create visually appealing graphics for digital campaigns, social media, websites, email marketing, and print materials.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all design outputs.
  • Collaborate with content and marketing teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
  • Design logos, infographics, banners, brochures, and other marketing collaterals.
  • Work with UI/UX teams to support website and app design requirements.
  • Prepare and optimize files for print and digital publishing.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Review and iterate designs based on feedback.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and wireframing tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) is a plus.
  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Ability to work with multiple projects and meet deadlines.
