Job Summary: As a Technology Lead, you will spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions. You will be responsible for guiding a team of developers, engineers, and IT professionals to deliver high-quality, scalable, and innovative software projects. Your role includes overseeing project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving technical excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Leadership and Mentorship: Guide, mentor, and develop a team of developers and engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. 2. Project Management: Oversee the full software development lifecycle of projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with business objectives. 3. Technical Strategy and Implementation: Design, develop, and implement high-quality, scalable technology solutions that meet business needs and industry standards. 4. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and operations, to ensure cohesive and effective technology integration. 5. Innovation and Best Practices: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating best practices and innovative approaches into projects. 6. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of software quality by establishing and adhering to best practices, conducting code reviews, and ensuring robust testing procedures. 7. Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Address and resolve technical challenges, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution. 8. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain thorough documentation of processes, project status, and technical specifications, providing regular updates to stakeholders. 9. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team, optimizing processes and enhancing the overall quality of technology solutions
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus years of experience designing, developing, and deploying software solutions. 3. Proven experience in a leadership role within a technology team, with at least 5 years in software development. 4. Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.). 5. Must have hands-on experience with MERN Stack. 6. Experience with front-end and back-end technologies. 7. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices. 8. Understanding of database management and architecture. 9. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. 10. Ability to think creatively to resolve complex technical issues. 11. Up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends. 12. Experience in [specific industry relevant to the company, if applicable] is a plus
