Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, program, and test PLC logic for various automation projects (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, ABB, etc.).
  • Configure and integrate SCADA/HMI systems with PLCs.
  • Design and implement control logic as per process requirements, P&IDs, and functional specifications.
  • Conduct FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) and SAT (Site Acceptance Tests) along with commissioning at client sites.
  • Troubleshoot PLC, SCADA, and instrumentation issues during execution.
  • Collaborate with design, panel building, and execution teams to deliver complete automation solutions.
  • Prepare documentation (I/O lists, program backups, user manuals, as-built drawings).
  • Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards in programming and commissioning.

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering.
  • 2–5 years of experience in PLC programming and automation projects (freshers with strong knowledge can also be considered).

Technical Skills:

  • Hands-on programming experience with at least one major PLC brand (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, ABB, Mitsubishi, Omron, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SCADA/HMI software (WinCC, FactoryTalk, Wonderware, iFix, etc.).
  • Familiarity with industrial protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, OPC).
  • Understanding of process instrumentation, control loops, and interlocks.
  • Ability to read P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and control philosophy documents.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Good communication skills for client interaction and technical discussions.
  • Willingness to travel for site commissioning and support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
