Organization is the only one providing state of the art solutions in terms of special purpose machines for sample collection, sample preparation and sample analysis and testing in a completely automated manner for bulk materials especially in continuous process industries such as Steel and Cement industries.

**Job Role**:
PLC Programmer
- Targeted segments for providing special purpose machines and robotic lab solutions include continuous process industries such as Steel and Cement Industry Sectors.
- Job involves working with the Solution Head, Mechanical Team and Client Personnel to develop solutions oriented towards achieving targeted goals of efficiency and accuracy.
- Job requires exceptional programming of one or more PLC systems viz., Mitsubishi, Siemens, Schneider, and also SCADA development.
- Job requires visiting customers or understanding customer requirements in terms of challenges in current process, automation needed and evolving effective solutions.
- Job involves developing very large programs going up to 100K ore more lines for highly complex systems.
- Ensure effective controls over the designs and delivered builds of the software including all relevant documentation for future use to maintain the PLC system.

**Job Location**:
Location is Hyderabad and travel all over the country to places where Cement, Steel and other Customers are located - mostly remote areas.

**Reporting Structure**:
Job involves reporting directly to Head of Automation who in turn reports to Tecnical Director.
- Highly Passionate PLC Programmer
- Job requires thorough understanding and HANDS ON PROGRAMMING of one or more PLC systems viz., Mitsubishi, Siemens, Schneider.
- Handson experience in SCADA development
- Experience in programming for Special Purpose Machines
- True engineering mind as it requires understanding of the challenges customers face in their process and suggesting special purpose machines or solutions to overcome those challenges
- Ready to pull up the sleeves and study the customer process needs by visiting the customers, interact with the personnel from top management to operator level at customer end to determine their expectations and propose solutions from existing range of SPMs or develop customization or suitable new solutions for meeting customer expectations.
- Always ready to travel to remote locations at short notices
- Most important, should be a self starter, good learner.

- People who possess handson PLC programming for atleast seven to ten years.
- Familiarity with designing and development of Special Purpose Machines or production equipment or instrumentation or laboratory test equipment or utility equipment to Steel and Cement Industries
- Familiarity with PLC based and Robotic Equipment would be preferable

**Selection Process**:

- Initial screening from consultants and providing complete details of the company, management expectations and job role
- Programming test by Director
- Whole process should be completed in 1 to 2 weeks time.

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
