Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist, located in Bengaluru East. The Inside Sales Specialist will focus on lead generation, converting inquiries into sales, and building long-term customer relationships. Daily responsibilities include communicating with potential customers, understanding their needs, driving customer satisfaction through effective solutions, and maintaining up-to-date records of interactions and sales progress. The role involves close collaboration with teams to meet sales targets and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building rapport and Should be Proficienct In Kannada, Tamil ,Hindi and Marathi.
- Commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction through excellent relationship management.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work towards sales targets and deadlines.
- Previous experience in the automotive retail sector is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
