Job Summary:

The Data Entry Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining and managing data across approximately 10 production units, ensuring accuracy, timely updates, and smooth coordination between the sales and production teams. The role requires expertise in Microsoft Excel and advanced knowledge of shared drives for efficient data handling and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain data drives for all 10 production units, ensuring proper organization and version control.
  • Record and update daily production, dispatch, and stock details accurately.
  • Collect counter orders and sales data from the sales team, verify availability with production units, and update reports accordingly.
  • Prepare and maintain advanced Excel reports, dashboards, and trackers for production, sales, and order status.
  • Consolidate and validate data from multiple units for management review.
  • Coordinate with production in-charges and sales teams to ensure data accuracy and timely communication.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies or mismatches between sales and production.
  • Maintain confidentiality, data integrity, and proper documentation as per company standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (any discipline).
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in data entry, production coordination, or sales operations.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data validation, reporting, etc.).
  • Advanced knowledge of shared drives / cloud data management (Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
  • Good communication skills for cross-department collaboration.
  • Ability to manage high data volume and meet tight reporting deadlines.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based role with active coordination across 10 production units and sales departments.
  • Opportunities for growth into operations planning, MIS, or data analysis roles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
