Role: Program Manager WH Operations

Location: Truemeds Head Office, Mumbai (Saki Vihar Road, Powai)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced FC Manager to oversee the operations of our state-of-the-art fulfilment centre. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, specifically in e-commerce fulfilment centres, with expertise in inbound and outbound operations, inventory management, process analysis, and continuous improvement. Experience in the pharma e-commerce sector is highly preferred. This is an excellent opportunity to work with the senior management of the SCM team and gain exposure to decision-making in central WH operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own a specific transaction stage of FC operations and lead projects to improve key metrics.
  • Oversee daily transactions of planned projects and work on levers to improve performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress and provide inputs for decision-making.
  • Design and implement new processes to enhance productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate process improvements across the organization.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience of 5+ years in leading and managing warehouse operations for B2C or D2C customers with facilities of 5,000+ square feet. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in the pharma e-commerce industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in process analysis, design, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a basic understanding of data interpretation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving operational excellence.
