Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level on-site and remote technical support to end users for Windows and macOS systems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, operating systems, and standard applications.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, and basic network-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Record, track, and manage incidents and service requests using the designated ITSM/ticketing tool.
  • Ensure systems comply with organizational security policies and update standards.
  • Support video conferencing systems, meeting rooms, and internal events as required.
  • Assist in IT asset management, inventory control, and hardware deployment activities.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or relevant teams when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to established SOPs and IT guidelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 0–2 years of experience in desktop support, IT support, or end-user computing roles.
  • Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS operating systems.
  • Basic understanding of LAN/Wi-Fi networking, IP addressing, DNS, and VPN connectivity.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow; exposure to Intune or Jamf Pro is an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service-oriented approach.
  • Demonstrates problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
  • Able to work from the office and provide support during events or flexible hours when required.
