Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Amritsar. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies within the designated region, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Additional tasks include monitoring market trends, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment with sales objectives. The role requires on-site presence and frequent travel within the region.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in sales management
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools
  • Leadership abilities and experience in managing a sales team
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant experience in the wire and cable industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
