AI Fraud Review Specialist

Job Purpose
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented AI Fraud Review Specialist to ensure the integrity and security of Train AI's global crowd and rater programs. In this role, you will leverage various platforms and AI-driven solutions to identify, analyze, and mitigate fraudulent activity, safeguarding our distributed workforce and helping support our quality management teams.
The ideal candidate combines strong problem-solving abilities with expertise in fraud prevention, risk management, or security, and thrives in a fast-paced, large-scale environment. You will collaborate across multiple teams to maintain compliance, reinforce trust, and uphold the quality of program operations. This role will help reinforce trust in our programs, aiding the delivery of trustworthy data to our customers.

About Train AI Data Services, as part of our Generate
Training or fine-tuning artificial intelligence (AI) requires data. LOTS of data. Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth reviews to identify and/or confirm any instances of fraudulent activity within our global workforce.Document specific patterns identified and maintain a proactive fraud detection process across all locales and programs for Train AI. Recommend corrective or preventive actions to help reduce quality impacts related to fraudulent activity.Evaluate emerging threats and industry trends to anticipate risks and continuously improve security measures.Support audits and/or compliance initiatives related to security and fraud prevention.Help educate internal teams on specific insights gained during reviews.Possibly assist with onboarding fraud checks for larger time-sensitive ramps.Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Security, Risk Management, IT, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in security, fraud prevention, risk management, quality management, or related roles. Experience in distributed workforce, BPO, AI or Machine Learning, or large-scale digital program environments is highly desirable.
- Very good communication skills & high attention to detail.
- Good at problem-solving and offering proactive solutions.
- Ability to collaborate, remotely, to help solve day-to-day tasks.
- Ability to manipulate data, with skills in Excel/Google Spreadsheet, required; Advanced skills in Excel/Google Spreadsheet preferred.
- Willingness to learn and pursue continued training in industry trends and fraud detection methods.
- Fluent English – you will be working as a part of an international team and English is our work language. Knowledge of other languages is not needed but welcomed.
