Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic EduTech Sales Expert who will drive sales initiatives for Talentmetrix in Kerala. Seeking for a candidate with a strong sales acumen and implementing impactful campaigns and building relationships with schools, colleges and universities across Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Talentmetrix's psychometric solutions.
  • Drive lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth across Kerala.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos confidently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with sales goals.
  • Build strong relationships with schools, college and Universities
  • Travel across Kerala to expand market presence and achieve sales targets.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular sale reports.

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualification: Master's Degree in Sales and Marketing.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–4 years in EduTech sales
  • Preferably having a strong relationship with some of the best educational institutions acroos Kerala
  • Strong sales acumen with proven track record in achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, persuasive, and results-driven personality.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
  • Gender: Open to both Male and Female candidates.
  • Office Location: Kochi.
