We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage end-to-end order fulfilment and logistics operations across all online sales channels.

Job Description – D2C & E-Commerce Fulfilment Executive

We are looking for a driven individual who can manage the complete fulfilment process for D2C website and marketplace orders. The role involves coordinating with delivery partners, warehouse, telecalling, and e-commerce teams to ensure all customer orders are processed, shipped, and delivered on time — with minimum RTO and maximum operational efficiency.

Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Fulfilment & Operations Management

  • Handle daily order processing from D2C website, marketplaces, and other online channels.
  • Ensure all orders are packed, dispatched, and shipped on time from the warehouse.
  • Coordinate closely with the warehouse and operations teams to maintain smooth order flow.
  • Monitor fulfilment timelines and resolve bottlenecks proactively.

Delivery & Partner Coordination

  • Manage integrations and coordination with courier partners such as Delhivery, Shiprocket, Amazon Easy Ship, and others.
  • Track shipments, resolve escalations, and ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Handle NDR (Non-Delivery Reports), update statuses, and coordinate reattempts with telecalling and courier partners.
  • Analyse delivery performance and implement corrective actions to reduce RTOs and failed deliveries.

Cross-Team Coordination

  • Work closely with telecalling, customer support, and e-commerce teams to ensure accurate communication on delayed or undelivered orders.
  • Coordinate customer confirmations for NDR cases and update systems accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and e-commerce teams to ensure accurate inventory syncs and dispatch readiness during campaigns or sale events.

Inventory & Reporting

  • Maintain updated records of dispatched, pending, and returned orders.
  • Prepare daily MIS reports for order processing, RTOs, NDRs, and fulfilment efficiency.
  • Track courier partner performance and highlight process improvement opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline; MBA or logistics specialization preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, D2C fulfilment, or logistics coordination.
  • Strong understanding of platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, 1mg, and Shiprocket.
  • Hands-on experience in handling NDRs, RTOs, and courier dashboard operations.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and operational reporting.
  • Detail-oriented, accountable, and able to work under tight deadlines.
