Role Overview
This role involves managing customer support through various channels, including email, live chat, social media, and phone calls, to ensure prompt and professional responses. You'll be the first point of contact for customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, social media, and phone calls, providing accurate information and timely resolutions.
- Handle a variety of requests, including product queries, order updates, returns/exchanges, and general brand inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using support tools and be proficient in Excel for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Stay updated on CHK products, processes, and policies to provide helpful and informed support.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any field
- 6 months – 2 years of work experience in the same field
- Prior experience in customer service (preferred)
Skills Required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with CRM/support tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills, empathy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Basic understanding of order management systems and e-commerce processes is a plus.
