Business Development Executive

To work with the Founder & Directors of the firm and develop a robust business development plan for the organization. To establish partnerships cross-functionally within the organization as necessary to ensure project win. To represent the organization in the industry to increase brand visibility through networking and create a business pipeline. To create and maintain business relationships with new clients and key stakeholders. To be responsible for obtaining RFPs for various upcoming projects and submitting RFP responses on time with complete required data. To be at the forefront of all business development and client solution initiatives across the region.Education/Experience Qualification: B-Arch / BCE / BBA / MBA
Selection Criteria :
The candidates must have a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 7 years of relevant experience in Corporate Interior Design & Build firm's Sales / Business Development / Client Solution processes. The candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills and attention to detail. The candidate must have a charming personality, a forthcoming and transparent nature and a proven track record. The candidate must possess industry knowledge of Corporate Interior fit-out and should have ample contacts for networking/lead generation and for the creation of a sales pipeline for a business opportunity. The candidate must have the business acumen to read the potential situations and take responsibility for new client acquisition. The candidate must be willing to travel across cities frequently as and when required.
