Role Description: The Operations Executive role includes the following tasks: Communicating with upper management to develop strategic operations goals. Developing strategic long-range plans to achieve strategic objectives. Creating and managing the organization's fiscal operating and capital budget and expenses.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Managing the overall Reverse Logistic Process.
- To ensure timely pickups from customers by coordinating with logistic partners.
- Managing Return to shipper shipments and to work continuously on improvement in seller experience.
- Managing customer experience matrix in Reverse Logistics leg.
- Managing seller disputes, identification of gaps and to ensure continuous improvement.
- Need to minimize the TAT failure and plan strategies accordingly.
- Managing overall in the Reverse process and driving cost saving initiatives.
- Managing team and work towards having superior customer as well as seller experience.
- Monitoring and auditing of daily, weekly & monthly performance reports to ensure smooth execution of operations.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Good Excel knowledge & Data management.
English and Regional Language fluency is Must.
4+ Years Experience.
Manpower management.
Geographical Knowledge.
Education Qualifications: -
Graduate / Post-Graduate
