  • Needs Assessment:Conduct skills gap analyses and performance reviews to identify training needs across departments and at individual levels.
  • Program Design:Develop and design comprehensive, role-specific, and organization-wide training programs, including curriculum and learning materials.
  • Implementation & Management:Oversee the execution of training initiatives, implement e-learning platforms, and manage budgets for learning activities.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with department heads, stakeholders, and external trainers to ensure training programs meet business goals and are effectively delivered.
  • Evaluation & Improvement:Measure the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, performance metrics, and return on investment (ROI) to make necessary adjustments.
  • Career Development:Support employee career development through coaching, mentorship programs, and other interventions to foster a culture of continuous learning.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:A bachelor's or advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field is often required.
  • Experience:Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs and managing budgets.
  • Leadership & Communication:Strong leadership skills to guide the team and effective communication to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Project Management:Expertise in managing multiple projects, budgets, and timelines simultaneously.
  • Technical Knowledge:Familiarity with e-learning platforms, training technologies, and potentially certification in training and development.
  • Analytical Skills:Ability to analyze performance data and training needs to drive strategy and improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23, ₹96,010.20 per month
