Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Siliguri, for various positions including Head of Department (BCA), Head of Department (BBA), Vice Principal, and Head of Marketing at Inspiria Knowledge Campus. Each role will have specific day-to-day tasks such as overseeing departmental operations, developing course curriculum, mentoring students, and collaborating with faculty for the HOD positions. The Vice Principal will assist in school administration, enforce policies, and enhance academic standards. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to boost campus visibility and enrollment.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and Management skills: Proven experience in academic leadership and management.
  • Educational Expertise: Advanced degrees in relevant fields (BCA, BBA, Marketing, Education).
  • Communication and Interpersonal skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Organizational skills: Strong organizational skills to handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Marketing and Strategic Planning skills: Experience in marketing strategies and campaign planning for the Head of Marketing role.
  • Mentoring and Student Engagement: Ability to mentor students and engage them in academic activities.
  • Experience in educational institutions and familiarity with university affiliation processes.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications and educational technologies.
