Are you an experienced Delivery Manager looking to be part of a global innovator in People Science and Technology?

What You Will Be Doing

  • Remove blockers and maintain risks, commercials, budgets, and people.
  • Balance objectives and can redeploy people and resources as priorities change.
  • Be accountable for comprehending, overseeing, and communicating to involved stakeholder.
  • Be the initial escalation point for the programme and must have an awareness of the bigger picture.
  • The manager will assist the Engineering managers and Engineering Heads by overseeing the delivery of their vision for the programme.

What we are looking for from you:
Essential

  • Bachelor's Degree equivalent qualification
  • Extensive Agile and Lean practices experience
  • Guiding teams through the full product life cycle
  • Improving & maintaining delivery momentum.

Desirable:

  • Excellent Community collaboration.
  • Testing involved processes and guide teams through the implementation of a new process.
