Position: DGM-HR
Reports To: The Director
Job Description of DGM-HR Position involves overseeing various HR functions like talent management, HR operations, compliance, compensation & benefits, and employee relations. Key responsibilities include assisting senior HR management, implementing HR strategies, analyzing HR data, ensuring legal compliance, and driving employee engagement to support overall business objectives. This senior-level role requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, often involving strategic planning and decision-making within the human capital management domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Management:
Developing and implementing strategies for workforce planning, recruitment, retention, and training & development.
- HR Operations:
Managing daily HR processes, including onboarding, payroll, attendance, and employee lifecycle management.
- Compliance & Legal:
Ensuring adherence to Labor laws, ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements, including liaison with government bodies.
- Employee Relations:
Proactively addressing employee concerns, managing grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Compensation & Benefits:
Designing and implementing competitive remuneration and benefits policies.
- HR Analytics:
Utilizing HR data to gain insights, inform decision-making, and improve HR processes and performance.
- Strategy & Planning:
Assisting the General Manager of Human Resources in implementing overall HR strategy and contributing to human capital planning.
- Team Leadership:
Providing guidance and support to the HR team and deputizing for the GM HR in their absence.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Educational Background: A graduate or MBA in HR or a related field is often required.
- Experience: Proven experience in plant HR operations and managing comprehensive HR functions.
- Leadership: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and change management skills.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse HR data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Legal Knowledge: Expert knowledge of employment laws, statutory requirements, and ethical standards.
- Remuneration: Up to 1,50,000 per month.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹150, ₹175,000.00 per month
