Your responsibilities

As SGL, you will lead a cross-functional team delivering consumer-facing digital solutions globally. This role blends technical leadership, team management (~20%), and delivery responsibilities (~80%) to drive innovation and operational excellence.

  • Lead and manage a team of 10–15 engineers, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and performance development.
  • Deliver localized digital solutions with hands-on Java full-stack development.
  • Translate global business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Manage external vendors to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Monitor system performance and define KPIs for continuous improvement.
Your profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, or Business Informatics.
  • 9+ years of experience in software development and delivery.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Java full-stack development.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Commerce Tools, Hybris, SAP).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management practices
